  Great place it's quite everyone's friendly. Nice common area with lawn BBQ and patio tables. Residents tell me this is the first place they have gone too that decorate for the holiday

  This place is truly a gem! They really helped me out when I needed to find a place, and got me into my home quickly. Sandy the manager is great and really helped me when I needed a quick close, and made my welcome and home the best. I love my new home and all the neighbors have been here forever, and they all are sweetest people you'll ever meet! Jason the maintenance guy around here does amazing work, and is also the most kind person. I love calling this place my new home! I recommend this place to anyone who loves a quiet comfortable spot, next to everything, and right off the highway without the noise.

  I drove through this park and it's really nice. I spoke with the maintenance guy who was friendly.  One of the residents came over to talk with us and she said the park was a great place to live and they really like the manager.

  I happened to drive by and decided to swing in and take a look around. I noticed a couple ladies walking around and I stopped to ask them a few questions. Ann was very helpful and knowledgeable about the community - turns out she is a regional manager yet she knows details about the communities she is over. That is refreshing!

  This is a charming small park. All the residents keep their spaces looking very nice and the park itself is super clean. Sandy is doing a great job.
